So here’s some good news; Akron has reached an agreement with both the U.S and Ohio EPA on a proposed Fourth Amendment to the City’s federal sewer consent decree. If approved by the District Court, it will mean that we will not need to rebuild the sewage treatment plan and save $300 million for residence.
